Appointments may be scheduled, rescheduled, or canceled by contacting us. We ask that you provide reasonable notice for cancellations so we can serve other customers.
Workmanship and product warranties, where applicable, will be described in your service agreement or invoice. Manufacturer warranties for equipment such as Tesla Powerwall and EV chargers are governed by the manufacturer's terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Amped Electrical Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this website or our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
